For GIS applicaitons it is important to render polygons with holes. It looks like it is not currently possible. Do you have any idea how this could be implemented and how hard it would be?
The WriteableBitmapEx Polygon algorithm supports convex and concave shapes.
You can represent a polygon with a hole as two polygons without a hole. This explanation at Stackoverflow describes it pretty nice http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1046542/how-to-represent-a-polygon-with-holes
