Windows Phone 8 install error

When trying to add a reference to my Windows 8 Phone project I get the following error:

"A reference to a higher version or incompatible assembly cannot be added to the project."

I'm using Visual Studio Ultimate 2012, my project is a Windows Phone version 8.0 and I chose the WriteableBitmapExWinPhone.dll in the WindowsPhone8 sub folder.  Have also tried the one in the WindowsPhone sub folder as well.

The one for WinRT works fine for Windows Store App projects

Any ideas?

I've got it installed now.  I had to download the source from the repository and recompile the WriteableBitmapExWinPhone8 project.  I was then able to add a reference to the newly compiled dll to my Windows 8 Phone project without issue.

"Right click on the DLL in File Explorer --> Click Properties --> Choose unblock. Then try to add a reference again."
